Landhaus Lodges Kaprun location
The entrance to the Maiskogel slope is only 300 metres away (approx. 4 minutes’ walk). (Jausenstation Unteraigen) Before you start your ski holiday on the slopes, walk up the road from the Landhaus. From there, it is only a short descent to the valley station of the 3K K-ONNECTION with direct access to the Maiskogel. If you would like, you can continue straight on to the Kitzsteinhorn glacier. If the snow conditions are good, you can even ski directly to the Landhaus.

Car-free holiday in Kaprun
Car-free holidays are becoming more and more popular. No surprise, it is great to leave your car in the car park in front of your holiday home with Ski In/Ski Out for the whole week. Our guests avoid a lot of stress: it is normally difficult to find a parking space at ski lifts’ valley stations. If you are not there at 8 a.m. sharp, you will not get a good carparking spot. The walk from the car park is normally the same distance as the walk from the next bus stop. The best thing is that you do not even have to get into the car for the spa experience. Country home on Maiskogel & Kitzsteinhorn
The combination of the Maiskogel and the glacier Kitzsteinhorn offers a unique luxury for our guests. Not so long ago, you had to travel a few kilometres into the valley by bus or car to get to the Kitzsteinhorn for sunny skiing. Now, the MK Maiskogelbahn connects two Kaprun ski areas with a long tradition. This makes our holiday homes with Ski In/Ski Out very suitable for a holiday on the slopes. Apart from classic skiing, Kaprun has a lot more to offer in terms of fun in the snow.
Activities on the slopes
Ski Tours
The Maiskogel is a popular mountain for ski tours. The slogan: up the steep mountain with furs on your skis. Our country home is the ideal starting point for a ski tour adventure. Due to the hard slopes on the Maiskogel, “ski tours” are suitable for experienced skiers and beginners. However, there are some rules and useful information to know:

Maisiflitzer’s Alpine Rollercoaster
Of course, we also have something for our young guests. Maisflitzer’s Alpine Roller Coaster is tobogganing fun for young and old on the tracks. The advantage: it goes uphill with its own lift. Many laps guaranteed! Remember: do not forget to smile at the photo booth.
